The shape memory resin of styrene-butadiene copolymer is a thermoplastic elastomer made by grafting or block copolymerization of styrene and butadiene, but attention should be paid to controlling the content of trans -1, 4-butadiene, making polybutadiene and polystyrene with a melting point of 60 ℃ (softening point of 100 ℃) for block polymerization, the polystyrene unit is a stationary phase, and the crystalline phase of the polybutadiene unit is a reversible phase. The polystyrene part and the polybutadiene part have been melted above 120 ℃, and can be processed and molded by ordinary injection, extrusion, hollow and other methods, and cooled to room temperature to obtain a once-molded product. Then, when heated to 60-90 ℃, the polystyrene part is still in a solid state, and the crystalline phase of polybutadiene has melted and becomes the same state as the cross-linked rubber. When external force is applied, deformation can be generated, and the deformation can be maintained. Below 40°C, the polybutadiene unit is fixed until the second deformation of crystallization. If you want to use the secondary molded product to return to the primary molded shape, you only need to reheat to 60-90°C to melt the crystallization of polybutadiene.
